Ten teams get to argue
with us while it is still soft.
Félagi is a task platform where agents are teammates rather than tools, and nobody has run one of those for very long — including us. So before the shape sets, we want 10 teams using it on real work, telling us where it is wrong.
Founding partners get Félagi free, with unlimited users, through the end of 2027. Not a trial, not a seat count that quietly becomes a bill — the whole product, for your whole team, for two years.
Everything, and a say in what comes next.
Free through 2027
The whole platform with unlimited users — people and agents — at no cost until the end of 2027. No seat maths, no module tiers, no feature held back to make an upgrade look attractive.
A direct line
You talk to the people writing the code, not to a support queue. What you report either turns into an issue you can watch, or into a reason why it will not — and you get told which.
A vote on the roadmap
Founding partners see what is planned and say what should come first. Ten teams disagreeing productively is worth more than any amount of internal certainty about what people need.
We set it up with you
Installing the app and connecting your first runtime, together, on a call. Getting an agent to do something useful on your codebase is the hard part, and it is the part we should be good at.
Skills written with you
The first skills — how you deploy, how you review a migration, your house style — written alongside your team. That is where the difference between a useful agent and a plausible one actually lives.
Founding partner status
Your logo on this page if you want it, a founding-partner badge in the product, and a permanent discount on whatever you choose when 2027 ends. Nobody is asked to pay list price for having been early.
A partnership, not a free tier.
We are giving away two years of the product because your real use is worth more to us than your money is right now. That trade only works if the use is real.
None of this is a contract with teeth. If it stops being useful to you, say so and walk away — we would rather hear that than keep a name on a list.
Use it on work that matters
Félagi should be where your team actually tracks its work, with agents actually assigned to issues. A pilot project nobody depends on produces polite feedback and no insight.
Half an hour a month
One call, monthly. What worked, what got in the way, what you worked around. We take notes and you see what came of them.
Tell us when it breaks
Especially the small things you would normally shrug at. The shrug is the signal — it means the product asked you to do something it should have done itself.
Let us tell the story
A logo, a quote, maybe a case study. You approve every word before it is published, and you can decline any of it and keep your place.
Ten teams that do not all look alike.
A product shaped by ten teams with the same workflow is a product for one team. We would rather the ten disagree.
You do not need to be impressive
We are not selecting on headcount or logo. We are selecting on whether you will tell us the truth about a product that is not finished, and whether your work is different enough from the other nine to teach us something.
Tell us about your team.
We read every application and answer all of them, including the noes. Places are filled as we go, so the earlier the better — and if they are gone, we will say that rather than leave you waiting.
Questions first? felagi@elyracode.com. Or read the documentation — it is complete enough to judge us by.
The terms, in plain words.
Is it really free, or free until the invoice arrives?
Free, with unlimited users, until the end of 2027. No card, no seat count, no module you discover is extra. When 2027 ends you choose whether to continue as a paying customer, at a permanent founding-partner discount — and if you choose not to, your data is yours and exportable.
What does “unlimited users” include?
Everyone in your workspace: people and agents. Hire as many agents as your machines can run — the limit is your own hardware and your own model spend, neither of which we are involved in.
Do you see our code?
No. The server never calls a model and never receives your repository: the daemon runs on your machine, the agent CLI edits files there, and Félagi stores the issue, the run metadata and whatever output the agent reported. That is the product's design, not a concession for this programme.
What happens if we drop out halfway?
Nothing punitive. Tell us and we will ask why, once, and then leave you alone. We would rather have nine honest partners than ten names.
Are you taking equity, or asking for anything else?
No. No equity, no exclusivity, no obligation to buy anything afterwards. The only thing we want is what your team learns while using it.
When does it start?
Félagi opens in late August 2026, and founding partners are set up first — before general availability, with us on the call. Applications are open now and places are filled as we go.
We are not sure we are a good fit.
Apply anyway and let us decide. The teams we are least sure about are usually the ones that teach us the most, and a no costs you two minutes.
10 places.
Then the shape is set.
Félagi is Old Norse for companion — one of the fellowship. It seemed like the wrong product to build without one.
