A bot can hand over a file: a report, a letter, a list or a sheet. It saves it with documents_save in its own folder, ~/Huskarl/<bot's name>/, and the thread says where: "📄 Saved ~/Huskarl/Inbox Manager/Utlegg oktober.xlsx".

• Nothing leaves the Mac, so saving is a draft: it happens at once, and it is in the audit log. In rehearsal it is only written down.
• A file is never written over: a second Rapport.md becomes Rapport 2.md.
• .csv, .md and .txt can be added to instead, with append: the text goes at the end of the file of that name, made if it is not there. One row per receipt in Utlegg 2026-10.csv, say. The thread says "📄 Added to …".
• The name stays in the folder: slashes and a leading dot are taken out, so ../ut.md is saved as -ut.md.
• At most 5 MB per file. Other endings are refused: "Huskarl cannot make .exe files: …".
• HUSKARL_FOLDERS moves ~/Huskarl, as for watched folders.
