Keys Does
↑ ↓ Select the previous or next VM
↩ Start the selected VM, resume it, or bring its window forward
Space Pause or resume the selected VM; start it if it is stopped or suspended
⌘N New VM
⌘I Settings of the selected VM, in a window of their own (⌘W closes it)
⌘D Duplicate the selected VM
⌘⌫ Move the selected VM to the Trash
Esc Close an open menu or popover
⌘Q Quit the library (running VMs keep running)

Double-clicking a row does what ↩ does.

A VM's window

⌘Q Suspend and quit
⌥⌘P Pause
⌥⌘R Resume
⌥⌘S Suspend
⌘M Minimize
⌃⌘F Full screen
⌘H, ⌥⌘H Hide, hide others

While the VM's window is in front, every other key goes to the guest. The Mac keeps its system shortcuts, such as ⌘Tab and ⌘Space.
